Team Loveless were very good and very efficient. They conducted the sale of our apartment in a professional and timely manner. Both Jacob and Izzy were at the end of the phone for us throughout. Very happy with all aspects of our experience with PM Property Lawyers and in particular Team Loveless

PLEASED OVERALL
A few glitches at first with the admin team, but very pleased with the service thereafter, and it was a long process, but this was not the fault of PMPL. Due to this time lapse, I had dealings with 3 different solicitors and it is for this reason that I have not selected a particular one below, as they were all professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with etc.

Unorganised
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with PM Property Lawyers.
Despite being able to contact them easily, every time I spoke with someone from ‘the team’ I was given a different story, we were at different stages of the sale, different things needed signing, despite already been completed. It was incredibly frustrating.
It also appeared that there was a complete inability to liaise with the buyer’s solicitors
Even 4 weeks after the rest of the chain completed, PM Property Layers were still insisting on redoing ID checks despite already done and supposedly ‘passed’
They were also insisting on a headed letter from the buyers solicitors to complete their ‘due diligence’ .
This should have been done at the start of the process, not 4 weeks after the chain completed.
Even to the point of doing an ID check on my deceased Uncle whose estate I was dealing with. This again, should have been done initially.
All this extra requirements and ridiculous repetitions held up the sale of the house, to the point where the buyers were homeless for 4 weeks.
Sadly I will not use them again and would not recommend.

Shocking
A simple sale of a no chain flat to my son took nearly 12 months. Messages never replied to, waiting on hold for over and hour, person dealing with this case is - on holiday - on training course - on team building exercise. The landlord who deals with hundreds of flat sales a year said these were the worst solicitors he’s ever dealt with. The buyers solicitors regularly contacted us to try and get you to reply. Lawyer changed half way through due to excessive workload.
