I am a specialist family law solicitor practising in our Liverpool City office. I qualified as a solicitor in September 2000 and I joined National legal Service in January 2022. I have developed a wealth of experience previously working at firms on the Wirral, Cheshire and Liverpool. I specialise in dealing with divorce and dissolution matters together with financial matters resulting from divorce and relationship breakdowns. I handle domestic abuse and private children matters. I am a member of Resolution, a national organisation which promotes dealing with matters in a non-confrontational approach. I am also an accredited specialist with Resolution in private Children and Domestic Abuse. I am also a trained Collaborative Lawyer which is a type of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). The process involves individuals who wish to settle their matter without recourse to the Court each instructing a collaboratively trained solicitor with the work being conducted around the table instead of the traditional way of through correspondence.
