New Lease preparation

Excellent Service
Although Frances Dulla was representing the buyer in our commercial property sale, we had a number of interactions with her and found her an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us clearly and consistently informed throughout the process.
Frances managed to combine efficiency with a warm, good-humoured manner, polite, easy to talk to, and never overly formal, which made the whole experience feel that bit more human.

Sale of freehold shop premises
Poole Alcock solicitors were acting for me in the sale of a shop
