I appreciate the time aspect was a lot longer than I expected, however, I also know it wasn’t Nick Parson‘s fault as the other party was taken 10 times longer to answer queries, and also raise questions which quite honestly we’re not necessary.
Very pleased with the outcome.

Although Frances Dulla was representing the buyer in our commercial property sale, we had a number of interactions with her and found her an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us clearly and consistently informed throughout the process.

Frances managed to combine efficiency with a warm, good-humoured manner, polite, easy to talk to, and never overly formal, which made the whole experience feel that bit more human.
