Selling a shared ownership property is quite daunting as there are so many hurdles to jump, but Liz Rigden was amazing throughout and went over and above to make it happen.

She would regularly keep me updated and was quick to action or answer any request I had. She was also extremely efficient in chasing third parties when needed. All in all I couldn’t fault her.
