Engaged Wollens to act on our behalf to close our Help To Buy scheme.
Unfortunately the Help To Buy team where less than helpful, but Asia Gurung our contact at Wollens was very helpful , understanding & patient while David Eastman worked efficiently in the background on all the legal matters.
Very friendly staff and quick to respond to questions.

Overall I am happy with the service I experienced using Wollens.
Chloe did a great job in responding to my communications in a timely manner and was always very polite and helpful in explaining the process and expectations on my part.
As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the clear and concise communication at all stages.
Some documents contained mistakes such as references to the wrong property or name, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed easily :)
The only thing I can think of that would improve my experience is to have more proactive status updates from Wollens to me as the client, even if nothing has changed, just a semi-regular communication to say "It's all moving along in the right direction, waiting on ... " can go a long way to putting our minds at ease, especially for first-time buyers
