Excellent Service
After I was made redundant Karen went through my settlement offer with me in a clear and concise fashion and advised changes to improve it. She liaised with my employer and sorted everything out very quickly. She was very approachable and easy to talk to.

Extremely poor service
I have to say I was treated like a second class person due to lack of funds to fight. They didn’t follow instruction and did their own thing. Seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I have had a review by another firm who Advised I had been Hadley advised and that my solicitor should have followed instruction

We are sorry that you are now unhappy with the advice you received, but we explained our advice at the time, which you accepted. At no time did we act without your instruction and note that your complaint follows an issue with you paying our invoice (which was agreed with you at the time). We also were informed by you at the time that you had checked our advice with another solicitor, who agreed with the advice we gave.

Excellent and compassionate
Karen was understanding and empathetic, but also very clear in her analysis of my situation and her advice on how best to deal with it. She reviewed the necessary paperwork swiftly and with great attention to detail, she then chased everything to ensure the final resolution came as quickly as possible. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Employment advice
Karen supported me throughout a redundancy process and was excellent throughout the entire process. Karen walked me through the agreement point by point, explaining all terms and ensuring I fully understood each section/clause. Karen made something of a daunting and challenging situation, very simple from the first conversation held. I would definitely recommend Karen/the team for anyone who needs Employment advice

Employment Contract Advice
Karen came highly recommended by a colleague of mine and her professionalism and realistic down to earth manner did not disappoint. She diligently reviewed the contract line by line and recommended several improvements which would ultimately save both myself and the company employing me money - something not considered by the Firm's lawyers / HR function. The contract negotiations were concluded quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to any of my friends or colleagues looking for a similar service.

Settlement Agreement Support
Bradshaw Trees, and Karen specifically, supported me in a settlement agreement process when my role was made redundant earlier this year. Despite being given very little notice due to a late change in my legal support, Karen swiftly, and knowledgeably guided me through every step of the process, handling the situation empathetically but with pragmatism and efficiency. As this was uncharted territory me, she was able to reassure me and to provide guidance with any concerns. A number of areas my employer had over looked in the Settlement agreement were also identified and managed through. Her support helped to make an otherwise challenging process far more bearable.
