I have to say I was treated like a second class person due to lack of funds to fight. They didn’t follow instruction and did their own thing. Seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I have had a review by another firm who Advised I had been Hadley advised and that my solicitor should have followed instruction

At no time did we act without your instruction and note that your complaint follows an issue with you paying our invoice (which was agreed with you at the time). We also were informed by you at the time that you had checked our advice with another solicitor, who agreed with the advice we gave.

I needed advice on a Settlement Agreement in a short time frame. I contacted Bradshaw Trees and Karen put me in contact with Natasha. Natasha got back to me really quickly with all the details required and set up a meeting to go through the agreement within a couple of days of initial contact. Natasha went through the agreement in detail and was thorough and professional at all times which was really appreciated during this stressful period.
