I recently worked with Joseph and Holly for a property transaction, and overall, I’m very pleased with the service.
While the admin team was very slow initially and my file wasn’t picked up until about three months later (resulting in the process starting much later/dayed), once Joseph and Holly got involved, communication improved significantly. I would add that the admin team were not of much use and didn’t pick up that my file was in LMS for a significant amount of time.
Joseph and Holly were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well-informed through every step of the process. The app was great use. I felt confident that my case was in good hands. I appreciate their expertise and would recommend them, especially if you want a lawyer who genuinely cares about their clients. Furthermore, even though my file wasn’t picked up until much later Joseph and Holly still pushed for the transaction to be completed in a timely matter.

First time buying a house
This is my first time buying a house and I believe if you are a first time buyer you
Should have that bit more communication. There was times when I had no idea what was going on. Where we was asked for stuff they already had. Stuff requested because it had expired but surely that
Should have been done well before the expiry date so help stop more delaye. Better and more informed communication would go a long way especially for first time buyers. The times I did speak with the solicitors they were helpful. But I did feel from one of them it was just a huge about of information about logistics when really I just needed some straight answers and not jargon that I don’t understand.
This is the approach I take with my patients.
