I engaged Brown Turner Ross solicitors to obtain the Grant of Probate for my late mother's estate. It was straightforward and easy to deal with BTR who are located only a mile or so from my home, making it convenient to visit the office rather than having to rely on the uncertainties of the post.
The solicitor and receptionist I dealt with were always friendly and helpful.
I had previously used BTR for conveyancing and being aware of the professional and friendly service provided I didn't hesitate to use them again in this instance. I will do so again in the future when the need arises.

Chloe was very patient in waiting on responses from myself as i am so busy all the time i kept forgetting to reply.
She explained everything in detail - going over my will several times to ensure I was happy and that she had covered all my wishes correctly. I have used this firm before and most certainly will again. They are professional and friendly.

Legal clarification of Bare Trust responsibilities.
I contacted Brown Turner Ross Limited (Southport) with the hope that they could give me legal clarification of the property responsibilities within a Bare Trust, between the named beneficiaries.
The work was taken on by Chloe Coverdale a junior solicitor at Brown-Turner-Ross, and before sending me her conclusions, the work was overviewed by one of their senior solicitors. As well the meeting with me, and reviewing all the emails and documents that I gave her, she contacted the law firm that had originally set up the Trust, and also obtained copies of relevant paperwork from the Land Registry. So a thorough job was done. All of this took about a month.
I really didn't know what findings and conclusions she would come to regarding this, so I had prepared myself for the worst, but was hoping for better.
Her letter of advice was concise and clear which is exactly what I wanted . . clarity.
