House sale

Melissa and Vicki dealt with the sale of the family home and my personal house. They were amazing and helped me with every single detail and step I had to take. So yes I would 💯 recommend them to anyone but especially someone who hasn’t really dealt with the legalities of a house sale on their own. They answered every question I asked with kindness. Thank you Ladies

AVOID - Painful experience from start to finish - AVOID

These people will do nothing without multiple phone calls and chase emails.
Very high attrition rate, had to explain the details of my case to 4/5 different people, appears they don’t do internal handovers.
These people were working in the best interests of everyone except us. Too pally pally with the company we were trying to claim against, wanted to keep them happy rather than maximising our claim. My issues still haven’t been resolved and they walked away, shameful behaviour from these so called experts! I spent more time trying to get things moving, then they did building my case. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

These so called “professionals” took on my housing disrepair case but ensured they did the bare minimum and then collected their fees. My cases was passed around from case handler to case handler like a present at a party. I had to do all of the leg work. We parted ways when my case was passed over to a trainee who had no clue. Within regards to housing disrepair I suggest you do your research, contact your local MP and stay away from these shady characters. The repairs to my flat are still outstanding and i have paid thousands In legal fees.

Employment matter

My matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the brief I set out originally was followed. The final invoice was a very pleasant surprise as the judgement could certainly have been more in my favour and this was refelcted, many thanks, have used before and will use them again if I am required to do so.
