Professional, friendly and helpful local firm

I engaged Brown Turner Ross solicitors to obtain the Grant of Probate for my late mother's estate. It was straightforward and easy to deal with BTR who are located only a mile or so from my home, making it convenient to visit the office rather than having to rely on the uncertainties of the post.
The solicitor and receptionist I dealt with were always friendly and helpful.
I had previously used BTR for conveyancing and being aware of the professional and friendly service provided I didn't hesitate to use them again in this instance. I will do so again in the future when the need arises.

Excellent service

Rebecca dealt with a recent house sale for me. I have used Brown Turner Ross previously and chose to go back this time because of their approach. They are always aware of where things are up to and will always call back if they are busy when you phone. Rebecca shares the same approach. She proactively confirmed all queries and chased the other parties solicitor to keep things moving. I would recommend the firm and Rebecca without hesitation.

Experience with Brown Turner Ross

My experience with Brown Turner Ross was very unprofessional, vindictive and of regrets one.
Brown Turner Ross allocated a trainee solicitor to my case, which was a disrepair case. They did nit act in best interest and instead talk down on me, after sharing my medical documents with them.
They were only interested in getting paid and not solution regarding fixing the very badly damaged property.
They did nothing about taking the landlord, Hammersmith and Fulham council to court, despite agreeing to proceed to court..
They ignored my emails for a year to send me a closure letter. These resulted in me not having a solicitor to represent me, without a closure letter from Brown Turner Ross.
From 2021 NOVEMBER TO SEPTEMBER 2023, Brown Turner Ross ignored my case and did not progress to court. Hammersmith and Fulham took me to court for an injunction despite neglecting the damages and destruction of the property that they caused.
I reported Brown Turner Ross to the SRA and they end up paying me goodwill gesture. But the problem and damages they caused by not proceeding to court with my case as agreed was irreparable and almost cause my my life with health problems due to mold, damp and leaks.
The worst Solicitors experience I have had to deal with while I was very unwell and hospitalised. They made my life difficult and distressing.
