Rebecca Curcher supported with the purchase of our property - she was helpful, and quick to respond to messages. She did as required, and asked additional questions of the sellers that we hadn't thought of. The team that supported while Rebecca out of office were great too.
Found it really helpful that the office is open Saturdays, and that the staff there will witness documents being signed.

Consistently excellent support
I've used Stephen Rimmers for my property purchase and lease extension, and on both occasions the service and communication has been flawless. Dealing with Rebecca Curcher is a delight and every step has been made easy with detailed explanations, fast responses and follow through. The quotations provided are maintained or come in slightly less, which is a relief for those familiar with how often budgets can be exceeded. I cannot recommend the firm, and Rebecca, any higher.

Old fashioned service at a very reasonable cost
When needing professional help with the sale process of my flat I specifically chose Stephen Rimmer because of the local office, the fact that when I initially telephoned I spoke to Rebecca Curcher and the good comments/reviews.
I knew that I did not want just a conveyancer, who rely upon on being cheap (not always how it ends) and using off-shore individuals to do much of the work- who are never available until after midday.
I was not disappointed.

Happy customer!
Rebecca handled my recent house purchase. As a first time buyer I was a bit nervous as you hear lots of horror stories about the conveyancing process and having to constantly chase solicitors, but this wasn't my experience. Rebecca and her colleague Susannah were fantastic throughout and my purchase went through smoothly. 10/10 would use again.

Excellent service
As a first time buyer, the whole process with buying a home was very daunting. However, things could not have gone more smoothly. Rebecca was very much on the ball and I never felt in the dark during the process. Very good value for money and I would definitely use the services of Stephen Rimmer again.

Third time lucky.
Rebecca has stuck with me through a few attempted property purchases and I’m delighted with the work she did in getting my third attempt over the line. The whole service was simple and efficient and pretty stress fee. Rebecca always answered my questions quickly and made the process as easy as possible. She also worked to my timeline which accommodated my holiday.
