I've only ever used Backhouse Solicitors and there is a reason for it. They are so professional, polite, knowledgeable and have never let me down! The prices for their conveyancing, transfer of equity and wills are so reasonable, you can't complain!

Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Susan Clarke
My partner and I were buying our first home and unfortunately started the process with other solicitors who were slow, unresponsive, and making things unnecessarily stressful. That all changed the moment Susan Clarke took over our case.

Huge thanks
Your firm charged a reasonable fee, and although it might be slightly higher than others, the fee is 100% worth it. You took over from another solicitor/ conveyancing firm that dropped our case, due to the fact that the deposit came from a high risk country. Your firm handled our matter nevertheless, and your staff were efficient and professional. Very satisfied, staff were in constant contact with us throughout the process. I love the fact that your firm is racially diverse in terms of staff and solicitors. The service we were provided was also excellent. Susan and Madalina were fantastic. They both answered emails almost immediately. They are absolute gems! Huge thank you to Susan and Madalina.

Efficient, supportive and professional!
Susan was fantastic from the day she took over the file for our case. We were purchasing a house and Susan was efficient, quick to respond and patient. I was very anxious and had lots of questions, Susan went above and beyond to provide guidance and answer all of my queries.
