Leta Kerin is a Partner and Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department. Leta specialises in all aspects of property work, including freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, freehold acquisitions and equity release from the smallest value transactions to substantial development projects. Leta has been with Stephen Rimmer LLP since it was founded in 1981 and has built up a strong team with expertise in dealing with all aspects of property work. Everybody in the team has the same attitude, which is to support their clients and to go the extra mile. Leta enjoys coordinating the whole transaction, working with buying and selling agents, valuers, surveyors, lenders and others. She prides herself on delivering an efficient and friendly service, working within tight timeframes that is often demanded in this area of law. Leta has years of experience and a proven track record for delivering quality advice and exchanging transactions under pressure with her particularly enjoying a fast paced deal. Leta predominately focusses on buying and selling both leasehold and freehold residential property for her clients, with values ranging from £25,000 into the millions but is also regularly instructed on many others matters to do with property. Outside of work Leta enjoys visiting family and friends whenever possible.
