Excellent service from Elizabeth and Chloe who helped me through 3 conveyancing transactions (2 which fell through) as a first time buyer. Really responsive to any queries I had and they were great at communicating with the other parties involved. Would definitely use again in the future. I’d definitely recommend Best Solicitors!!
Best solicitors were a great choice for buying our first house, our solicitor especially, Elizabeth, was always keeping us updated and chasing the sellers, and on completion day made sure we were updated at each stage and got us the keys to our first home very early on the day!! Thank you again Elizabeth😄

Easy process.
I used Best solicitors to put my house into joint names as tenants in common with my wife who I met 25 years ago and I already had the house at that time. This was to protect the house share as inheritance should one of us be in care after the other died therefore at least passing on something to our children so the government could not steal what we had worked all our lives for to pay for care unlike those on benefits who would get care for free having never worked. My only criticism is that contact was by email and when we needed to sign documents we had to find a printer to print them off then take the documents into Sheffield city centre, maybe they could give the option ( for older people like me ) of sending the documents out with an envelope for return once signed. Otherwise it was an easy process.

Conveyancing for sale and purchase

A great experience as a first time buyer
Chloe and Elizabeth were both extremely responsive and easy to deal with as a first time buyer. They were great at communicating up the chain when things got tricky and kept me in the loop throughout. Would definitely use Best Solicitors again in the future.
