Easy process.

I used Best solicitors to put my house into joint names as tenants in common with my wife who I met 25 years ago and I already had the house at that time. This was to protect the house share as inheritance should one of us be in care after the other died therefore at least passing on something to our children so the government could not steal what we had worked all our lives for to pay for care unlike those on benefits who would get care for free having never worked. My only criticism is that contact was by email and when we needed to sign documents we had to find a printer to print them off then take the documents into Sheffield city centre, maybe they could give the option ( for older people like me ) of sending the documents out with an envelope for return once signed. Otherwise it was an easy process.

This sale took took a lot longer than it should have due to an initial buyer who was a time waster. Throughout this, Emma worked hard to keep me up to date and to chase the buyers and their solicitors. Sale of Bungalow

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Courtney, Stephanie and team for all the excellent support and guidance they have offered throughout the sale of my parents bungalow. They have always been polite, professional and very friendly. Offering advice whenever needed and responding extremely quickly to any questions or e-mails we've sent. We used Best Solicitors following a recommendation from a family member. We were needing assistance regarding residential conveyancing and were supported by Bethan and her colleagues throughout the entire process. All were incredibly knowledgeable and provided a professional service every step of the way. Becoming a first-time homeowner is a very exciting but confusing process with so many different hurdles but, Bethan explained everything in simple terms ensuring I understood what each part of the process meant for my partner and I.
The team were quick to respond to any questions I had (no matter how silly!) whether it be by phone or email which put me at ease and took a lot of the stress away - thank you!

I have used Best for many years on and off. They have handled LPOA’s , Wills, conveyancing and helped fight a parking fine.
