From the moment we engaged with Leanne I can honestly say her service, communication, speed, diligence and professionalism has been second to none.
In particular I really appreciated the level of availability Leanne afforded us, I was always able to speak with her and she always had time for me. Responses to requests came back at lightning speed and she chased other elements of the chain constantly.
I have not had a service as good as Leanne’s in all the times I have bought or sold houses, should I be in the need of conveyancing again, there are no others in consideration.

This is the second time I have used Foort Tayler for a property transaction. Once for a sale and once for a purchase. Great service
A very big thank you to Leanne who dealt with our conveyancing on our recent house purchase and sale. We found her very easy to work with, only contacting us if something was needed or if we had questions. Didn’t need to chase to make sure things were still moving forward and she even managed to push for completion before the stamp duty change saving us more money, even though we thought we weren’t going to make it! A great service!

Purchase and Sale of home
Communication from Leanne has been very clear and emails/calls were responded to in a timely manner. Leanne was very easy to liaise with and gave me clear guidance which was much needed at times. Katie Lane also was involved in my case and again she was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definately recommend Foort Tayler on my experience.

Excellent service
Leanne did a fantastic job at getting our purchase over the line in under 12 weeks. She communicated updates promptly and was very clear on progress and timelines whilst maintaining high professional standards. Whilst maintaining her honest opinion that completing before the end-March deadline would be difficult, she managed to deliver with time to spare. I would highly recommend anyone to use Leanne for purchases in the future.

Sale and Purchase of Properties
Excellent. All the team were professional, but with special thanks to Leanne Smith and Katie Lane, who were both always on hand by email or phone to answer any query raised. Information provided was always fully explained in layman’s terms. The whole process was carried out with extreme efficiency. They made the other solicitors involved in the chain, look very slow and sometimes inaccurate
