I found this was a very personal experience. I had made previous wills, but due to a change in my circumstances, it was necessary to make a new one. I felt previous Law firms used basically just wrote down what I said. However I felt Alison really listened and suggested how certain points needed to be made, especially to avoid any problems in the future. I felt that the final will covered these points completely. Alison also explained very clearly everything throughout. I came away feeling very satisfied.
