Charlotte Jenkins joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in April 2024 as a Solicitor in the Private Client department in Hinckley. With a strong academic background, she earned a 2:1 Law degree from the University of Southampton in 2013 and achieved Distinction in all modules of the LPC in 2014. She completed her Training Contract in August 2017. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience, having worked at Shoosmiths as a Legal Assistant before completing her Training Contract at Johns Gilbert & Frankton Solicitors, where she later qualified as a Solicitor. She then moved to Bray & Bray (now Rothera Bray) in 2023 before joining TFS. Her expertise includes advising on and preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, care home fee planning, and probate administration. She is passionate about supporting clients through difficult times, ensuring they receive clear and compassionate legal guidance. Charlotte enjoys the client-facing nature of her role, finding great satisfaction in helping individuals navigate complex legal matters. She takes pride in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for them. Outside of work, Charlotte is an active individual who enjoys Parkrun, reading, and walking with her family and their Labradoodle. She also sings in a local choir and has achieved a Distinction in Grade 8 voice. She is particularly proud of training for and running the Kenilworth Half Marathon. Charlotte’s supervisor is Vijay Singh, Director and Head of Department.
