Buying house
When I bought my house Katrina as my solicitor was excellent throughout the process. Any queries I had were always answered promptly. I was very pleased and appreciated her professionalism and dedication. Would highly recommend

Moved Home
Katrina has helped us with a very difficult sale and been dedicated to helping us. We were given a deadline by the vendor to complete within 2 months which Katrina worked tirelessly to hit. She also helped navigate the sellers proposed retention, turned around the mortgage offer report in the same day (it arrived (at 16:48!)) which was 2 days before exchanging and got the lenders approval to proceed with a allowance.
I would highly recommend her and will also use her in future. Very thankful for all your hard work!

Moving home
Katrina has been outstanding throughout the process of moving home with a particularly difficult sale. She has ensured we met deadlines, worked over hours and been a constant help and comfort with her extensive knowledge. She has been easy to reach and proactive throughout and exceeded all expectations. I honestly don't believe the sale would have gone through if not for Katrina's dedication and I cant thank her enough and highly recommend to anyone! She is fantastic!

Simply the best
From day 1 Katrina was top of her game. On the ball, always efficient, chasing others when needed and provided detailed explanations in answer to my questions. Katrina left me feeling confident that I had the best working on my behalf. Katrina achieved what was looking impossible, worked with my employment deadlines and managed to fulfil a quick exchange and house move. Katrina has my full recommendation, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional service
When needing to find a solicitor to deal with my property sale, I managed to find Katrina’s details recommended on a historic post within my local community page. I am so pleased I did. Juggling a house sale alongside a pregnancy was never going to be easy but Katrina made it so much simpler. She has a good mix of professionalism, is pro-active, expertise and warmth where you feel confident in being able to contact her with questions and enquiries. She’s responsive and even willing to go above and beyond her role, such as recommending other services or helping me to challenge third parties who were blocking the process. Katrina managed to get the sale through within a tight deadline (buyer threatened to pull out if it wasn’t done by a certain date and the surveyor hinted the valuation may have dropped) but Katrina worked tirelessly to get it through. I’m extremely grateful and will recommend Katrina and Burrows to all in future, thank you!

I have recently used the services of John Martin and Katrina Whyard, solicitors at Birrows. They have both been amazing, guiding me through updating Wills, setting up Life Interest Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Absolutely excellent
I am a director for our management company and we’ve had some legal matters that we’ve had to deal with. Katrina’s knowledge about these matters has been invaluable; she’s raised things we didn’t even think to ask. She’s has been absolutely brilliant in her advice and guidance with how to address each issue. She’s incredibly responsive and helpful. Katrina’s advice is clear and easy to understand. We are in a much better position now that we have these procedures in place, all thanks to Katrina. We’d be very lost without her.
