During a very difficult time both personally and health wise Caroline a fell was both professional and personable which I very much appreciated. I was very disappointed with the service I received from this firm. I placed my trust in the solicitor conducting my divorce at a difficult time but he was out of his depth. There was no financial scrutiny and I did not get a good divorce. I got the impression he just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. I would not use Stone King for any purpose.

Used their web based contact form - still not had a response from that (nearly 3 weeks ago now)
Called regarding enacting LPA and EPA (urgent matters) to be told someone would call me back later that day.
No response for next 7 days even after chasing.
Having a different firm complete the work.

The response from the firm below shows how dishonest they are. They had a complaint that they effectively laughed off until the Legal Ombudsman had to get involved. As a client of Mr Matthew Graham’s, Mr Graham breached my confidentiality and acted without authority. When a formal complaint was submitted, Mr Andrew Banks of the firm refused to accept responsibility. The Legal Ombudsman later found in my favour and monetary compensation was awarded. After leaving a honest review elsewhere, Stone King have attempted to have it removed by falsely claiming I was never a client. This firm is a truly dishonest set of individuals. I would not recommended them to anyone.

Writing an amended review after yesterday’s in-person experience at the branch, and raising this from one to five stars, after how this issue has been handled with professionalism today over the phone. When you are in contact with the right people at this firm who come from the same understanding as yourself, you do get the professional experience you expect. Our previous review has been copied down, if further use is necessary.

Very disappointed with the way my divorce was handled. I felt the solicitor was out of his depth. There was inadequate scrutiny of any of the financial assets. I felt the solicitor was out of his depth and just wanted a quick result. I would advise against using this firm for anything.
