This review is for a different branch.
My dealings were with Charlotte Macdonald and her team relating to matters of Probate following the death of my mother .
They were faultless throughout the entire process and acted in a very professional but still human manner .
All aspects of the process of managing my mothers estate etc were explained to me in detail and I had 100% confidence in Charlotte . She and her team acted in a consistent and kind manner .
It was a time of sadness but the presence of Charlotte on the end of a phone or email made everything happen smoothly .
My only regret is that these short chapters of knowing someone in a professional capacity do indeed come to an end finally , but Charlotte will remain always a very important part of my memories and the supportive and respectful manner in which she dealt with my mother .
