Every query relating from the buyers solicitor was answered in a very timely fashion as were the numerous queries relating to the progress of the sale from myself. Every query however trivial was fully assessed, reviewed, explained and answered promptly. I believe the sale was progressed via the guidance and advice supplied by Morgan. I cannot recommend Morgan more highly. She provided a great service, the legals were completed in record time and she kept us up to date throughout the process.
Morgan was also really great at explaining unfamiliar nuances of the process, which as first time buyers, gave us a lot of peace of mind.

Morgan was excellent. Kept me updated at every stage and explained what was being done. It was difficult to find a solicitor that wanted to take on the sale of a garage however Morgan and Watkins said yes straight away and we don't regret using her service at all Thanks Morgan x

Discriminatory and Hostile Towards Vulnerable White Clients.
Visited Watkins to support a friend with learning difficulties. We were met with a passive-aggressive attitude from a staff member who showed no patience or professionalism. As we left, she muttered something in another language that came across as racially inappropriate toward my friend.
Days later, while standing at a zebra crossing, the same woman saw us and deliberately sped up rather than stop. After the earlier incident, this felt targeted and deeply unsettling.
This firm made us feel dismissed, disrespected, and unsafe. I would strongly advise others—especially vulnerable individuals—to think twice before using their services.

Horrendous service. Absolutely no communication, waited months for any action to be taken, to now be told they will no longer work on my case, and do not have capacity. All of this after I decided to make a complaint. Do not use!!

Great housing/conveyancing team especially Morgan!
Morgan was very helpful and communicative, answered our questions quickly and helped us keep on track (e.g reminding us when we had documents to return). She did everything she could to get the sale and purchase done quickly and was friendly and professional both by email and on the phone. The Watkins solicitors app is user-friendly and helped us input all the information we needed to, so that aspect was made easier. Overall I would highly recommend Morgan and the Watkins solicitors conveyancing team.

Through a very difficult process Emma and Beverley have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped advise, support and helped reduce the monumental stress of the EHCP. We also aim to make our services affordable. We are transparent on costs, with no hidden extras. At our first meeting we will go through the payment terms that are most suited to your means. Additionally, we often promote special offers. Legal aid has now largely disappeared but we remain one of the few firms in the Bristol area able to offer public funding from the Legal Aid Authority. Legal aid may now mainly be restricted to cases involving either child care cases or domestic violence but during our initial meeting with you we will be able to tell you whether you will be eligible for legal aid. We are proud to have won the Bristol Law Society Legal Aid Firm of the Year for 2013/2014.
