Rebecca Wilkinson was excellent

Rebbeca was excellent throughout the entire process of selling my property. It was a complex process that took a long time to be resolved. Rebbeca’s professionalism and communication really helped throughout. Other people I dealt with could learn from Rebbeca’s approach.

The services of Watkins Solicitors and especially Morgan was really exemplary. Every query relating from the buyers solicitor was answered in a very timely fashion as were the numerous queries relating to the progress of the sale from myself. Every query however trivial was fully assessed, reviewed, explained and answered promptly. I believe the sale was progressed via the guidance and advice supplied by Morgan. We are both extremely grateful for the first rate service we have received from Morgan at Watkins solicitors.

My Flat at Twixtbears

I was very pleased with the way the work for the purchase of my flat and sale of my house went. If I ever sell the flat, which is very unlikely, I would like Morgan French to act for me.

Helpful and easy

Morgan was great, always happy to go through things on the phone with me as I understand things easier on the phone than through email. Really quick response time and was really helpful when we had some setbacks and complications with our house purchase. Thank you so much!

We have recently purchased a house in Hereford. From the outset our purchase was not the usual - we were returning from France after more than 20 years. In addition we had quite an ambitious target for completion. Rebecca (Wilkinson) willingly took on the challenge and provided much needed help and assurance at all stages of the process even when we were faced with really stressful issues regarding currency exchanges and limitations on the movement of funds.
The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally with Rebecca keeping us informed at all stages. We can’t thank her enough for making a very stressful life event much more bearable and highly recommended her for the service she provided.

Rebecca dealt with our recent sale and purchase and we couldn't be happier. She dealt with all problems that arose efficiently and was quick to communicate any changes. Our first buyers pulled out of the sale and made the process very stressful and long for us but Rebecca was ready for when we got new buyers and was brilliant at getting the sale through promptly.

A massive thankyou to Rebecca Wilkinson, who handled a difficult and emotional situation with care, compassion and understanding. With Rebecca, anyone lucky enough to find themselves her client is in very capable hands, we really felt ‘looked after’ and she has a great sense of humour as well! I cannot thank you enough for your expertise.

Had Rebecca from Watkins recommended to us by our estate agent. Truly could not be happier. We had a difficult house sale due to external factors and Rebecca handled everything, and escalated things appropriately when needed. Our sale was in danger of falling through and Rebecca, with her calm, firm confidence, dragged it back on track very efficiently.

About this branch

Description

We also aim to make our services affordable. We are transparent on costs, with no hidden extras. At our first meeting we will go through the payment terms that are most suited to your means. Additionally, we often promote special offers. Legal aid has now largely disappeared but we remain one of the few firms in the Bristol area able to offer public funding from the Legal Aid Authority. Legal aid may now mainly be restricted to cases involving either child care cases or domestic violence but during our initial meeting with you we will be able to tell you whether you will be eligible for legal aid. We are proud to have won the Bristol Law Society Legal Aid Firm of the Year for 2013/2014.
