Our experience dealing with Oscar and GN Law was smooth and pleasant. Chryso was assign as my solicitor, after I utilised Cancer Research Will Aid to embark on the execution of my will.
From the onset (even with the initial meeting conducted via Teams) she made what felt like a daunting process, as stress free as possible. Chryso was attentive and extremely patient, offering supportive, clear and professional advice despite my many queries and questions. I was kept well informed throughout, with timely responses to my emails.
I contacted Chryso, 8 months after my initial instruction to make minor changes to my will. She was welcoming and as helpful as ever advising on the best way to proceed. The process to make changes was so efficient and smooth sailing.
