Awful, disorganised, shambolic, unprofessional, lazy - AVOID

I used Bawtrees for my divorce. Do not use this firm. They are uncommunicative, disorganised, unprofessional and lazy. Adam Shirley made many mistakes with the property aspect of my proceedings, and I pretty much had to take matters into my own hands. His errors led to significant delay and unnecessary stress. He was never available to speak to and took a long time to respond to emails. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with Bawtrees and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Appalling service with Bawtrees

Shocking experience with this company. No customer service or ongoing client support. They’ll take your money and then nothing. After more than two years our issue is still unresolved and their excuse - a member of staff left!! Appalling service. Avoid like the plague.

Impossible to speak to.

Never before have I encountered a solicitors firm where it is impossible to speak to anybody, ever. I've been trying to talk to someone for over a week, left countless voicemail messages without response. Even reception goes straight to voicemail, they don't even make a pretence of trying to help you.

We have used Paul Eagle for various property purchases and sales and he always give us a first class service. Paul and his Secretary always promptly return emails/telephone calls and nothing is too much trouble for either of them. I have recommended Paul to family/friends and will continue to do so.
