Amazing service and attention to detail
I used the services of Coodes when purchasing a property for my daughter in Falmouth. My assigned lawyer, Kerry Tresidder, was outstanding. We were working against the clock, as my daughter needed to move in at the start of the university academic year, and Kerry did everything within her control to make that happen. Her attention to detail was second to none - she was incredibly thorough throughout. I’ve used other legal firms for property purchases in the past, but none have come close to the professional service I received from Kerry. I would have no hesitation in using Coodes again in the future.
