Zoe T is an awesome solicitor. Driven, confident and knowledgeable. I have worked with a lot of solicitors over the years for various purchases & sales but not met any quiet like her. Nadler's as a company have helped me through some difficult decisions and heated conversations and get the job done each time. Wouldn't use anyone else.

6 months for a very simple convenience (still no completed) no searches, no survey, no finance, straight forward cash transaction, Nalders are not completing there work in house, they are tendering work out to just about anyone, and when it goes wrong, as mine did, your on your own, Nalders are miss leading there clients, and prospective clients by inferring they completing work in house..avoid

This has taken well over 6 months and still no completion of a sale of a very tiny parcel on land. It's been passed from one member of staff to another with limited communication to ourselves. We have done all the chasing and still no completion, no wonder their reviews are so poor. I would never recommend this company to any one!

Too long to describe, but if we hadn't changed solicitors we'd be living in a house that was never granted planning permission. Just avoid at all costs.

I am hopefully just reaching the end of my second encounter with Nalders. On each occasion they were not my solicitors, they were acting for the other party in property transactions. On each occasion I have been amazed at how badly simple things can fail to be done. 5 years ago when buying our present house they managed to produce a contract in the name of the previous owner who had died several months before and who's family were selling. This despite the fact that they had executed his will. Resolving this caused a 6 week delay for reasons that were never made clear. This second time they are acting for the buyer of a house we used to rent out and have now chosen to sell. An empty house selling to a first time buyer should be as easy as it gets. Each time we have been asked to return information or to do something it has ben dealt with in a day or two, yet it has taken an age with promised simple actions not being carried out for weeks on end. Most recently at 5pm on the day before a proposed exchange of contracts a little collection of petty footling enquiries were produced. Exchange did not occur. Today at 3pm I understand that they may want to exchange and complete (simultaneously) tomorrow – but aren’t sure if they can. It simply isn’t good enough. I am a bit of a property developer, not big time, but a few houses over the years. This is the worst I have encountered and as it has happened twice I am moved to post a review.

they used to be a good firm, but not for the past 4 - 5 years since i have dealt with them. they are still holding my money, despite me sacking them (about 3k). they keep saying they will pay me back, then make excuses like the bank details were wrong, they posted the cheque to wrong address etc. i got fed up with leaving phone messages with reception (notice, from their website and all their details, there is only 1 number that gets put through to a poor receptionist, who changes every week - i have heard they cannot recruit so have to hire temps from an agency). i was passing by one of their offices and thought i would call in. what a mess, place looks like a ghetto. there is a gross soiled WC outside the door, looks like they are having plumbing issues. the poor receptionist kept telling me 'someone was on the way'. i was left outside waiting for 2 hours. got to 5pm and guess what, closed. i gave up and went home. then i get sent a bill for the time i was waiting there?? a bill by the receptionist, for her time (at £250 per hour) for telling me to wait. i have reported to the SRA and Ombudsman. Make sure you check your bill for the extras!!

I am shocked at how utterly incompetent Nalders are and cannot belive how they are still in business.
Our house purchase was dealt with by Kieran O'Sullivan who is a partner in the business so one would assume he'd know how to do his job, but he hasn't got a clue! There were multiple errors made during the process, the worst of which meant that over £250 of costs were missed resulting in us having to take money out on the day we are supposed to move and having to hand it to a stranger before we were given our keys.
You'd be forgiven for thinking that once the sale was complete that the issues would stop but sadly not. They lost land registry documents that we then had to redo and send back to them 6 months after completion, that was January and now 8 months later they have contacted me to say they lost the documents again and so over a year after moving we have to yet again redo paperwork and send it off.
Their staff are unhelpful and incapable of giving any straight answers to even the most basic questions. They are slow to respond to emails and spend the majority of their time skirting around questions we had.

I am not a legal minded person at all.
I also have a disability.
I feel betrayed , abandoned and sickened that the appointed solicitor to deal with a horrid new landlord showed no real support , he disgusted me when he told me my losses including the unreturned £1000 security deposit was not worth his time.
He had no answer when in shock at what appeared to be a totally discriminatory comment that my little business financial set of issues is of no interest to himself.
He wrote 2 letters on my behalf , he refused to write to the landlord in the words and recommendations from Arag Legal Advice Line.
He never kept me updated with any response from the rogue landlord.
And when asking him for extra support due to my disability and not understanding what was happening under his actions made me on my behalf and allowing me to have clarity and feel safe under his care , he responded to inform me he saw no further reason to continue with me.
Even while writing on my behalf to the rogue landlord to demand the recovery of my £1000 security deposit , he told me that if this money wasn't returned then I would be in my own.
He arranged me to go back to my cafe to recover my goods for today and had me sick since last week with acute stress and anxiety knowing if there were to be a problem today to have the arrangements followed by the landlord , it would be my problem in the day.
He was abandoning me right at a crucial time in my needs to have the support I couldn't cope to be without.
The day was worse than ever ,and having to call the Police and then coming close to a full blown anxiety attack the whole experience of this Solicitor has left me outraged and disgusted ,and it will require time for me to recover and heal from being placed into Lee Stutt a hands.
I meant nothing to him.
I obviously don't fit into the guys status box .
I don't do well with people who have cold hearts and are there for the money.

For some reason my otherwise brilliant mortgage advisor recommended I use Nalders for conveyancing. I was introduced to Daryl via email who asked me for some details about the pending transaction (purchase price, estimated timescales etc.). After sending back the requested information I received an immediate autoreply from Daryl's inbox telling me how busy he is and how he couldn't possibly reply to every email immediately but had otherwise 'acknowledged my communication'. Fair enough, I feel totally unimportant now but decided to stick with the process anyway as I was already semi-committed and hadn't requested quotes from anyone else.
A day passed. Then two, then it was the weekend, then into the following week. I heard absolutely nothing back from Daryl. No "thanks but no thanks", not even a "sod off" - he just straight up ghosted me like a bad Tinder date.
I was purchasing a £600k property so this would have been a fairly lucrative job for Nalders but clearly the lack of communication was a big red flag and I dread to think what they would have been like if I had actually parted with any money.
For perspective, after this debacle I requested quotes from six national solicitors and four had sent me detailed quotes by the end of the same day so I'm happy I dodged this bullet and would recommend that any other prospective customers give Nalders a wide berth.
