Conveyance of my first house
Purchasing my first house from an auction I became very time pressured. Banner Jones Solicitors were incredible with excellent communications and so easy to deal with. Their online platform worked really well from the initial application to the upload of information and payments..
Any queries or concerns, I rang and spoke to them and they explained everything in a clear and concise manner, which really help with this process.

Excellent service
I contacted Banner Jones in respect of probate on the death of my husband. My solicitor,Sophie Marshall kept me informed at every stage of the process. Two of the banks needed a certified copy of the original will and Sophie hand delivered them for me as these were holding up the process of obtaining probate. Although Sophie was very professional, I felt I was talking to a friend she was so empathetic and helpful, no query was left unanswered.

Amazing service!
We recently completed our house move, and we’re incredibly grateful to Cheryl and her assistant Emily for their outstanding work throughout the process. It wasn’t a straightforward transaction — there were multiple issues and delays outside of anyone’s control — but Cheryl remained diligent, professional, and committed to getting the job done.
She kept us informed at every stage, pushed things along when needed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. Emily was also brilliant — always responsive and helpful, which made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful time.
We really appreciate all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and determined solicitor.
