Best solicitor experience I have ever had

From a very young age I have had extensive experience with solicitors, and the legal profession. Mostly around bereavement, finance, property etc. They have all been good, but I have never seen the high level of service that Sarah Sadler achieved. I have been particularly impressed with her knowledge, attention to detail, quality of output, responsiveness and overall professionalism. My standards are extremely high and Sarah met, and indeed surpassed them. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to you.

Successful outcome

It took some time to progress the claim but a positive outcome was successfully achieved. A change of personnel occurred during our proceeding but once reassigned the pace of progression increased its momentum, with a good outcome! Sarah was excellent

Comfortable and at ease

I found Ruth to be very professional and caring throughout my case at Crown Court. Ruth was always at hand to answer my queries, she always put me at ease during my most stressful situations even coming to my home to take statements when I wasn't fit to travel. Ruth treated me as a friend and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will always be very grateful to Ruth for the time and effort she gave me. If I ever need legal representation again then Ruth would be the first person I would contact.

We would just like to say that Karen Matthews and her Team at Banner Jones Solicitors did a great job, as we were selling and buying at the same time and everything worked in together. Karen kept in contact at all times and replied to our emails and calls quickly when we needed to speak to her about any issues we had during the selling and buying. I have recently used Banner Jones for a sale and purchase of a property. I found them to be very helpful and always polite. Cheryl Bradley and Emilie Griffiths dealt with my case. They always answered the phone and got back to you when they said they would, and kept me informed and updated. They were very professional how they dealt with everything. They did their very best under difficult circumstances to make sure that my sale and purchase went through before the stamp duty change, which I am so grateful for.
