Recently used this solicitors for my house move. I have used John M Lewis for all my house moves previously and would always do so.
This time there was some mis-communication regarding an email that had a set of questions in, which we promptly answered. Eventually after a few weeks I rang to see how things were going, and they said they were waiting on us coming back to them with answers to questions. It turned out there was a further set of questions that needed answering but they had not been attached to the email with the others. It concerned me that if I hadn’t have chased it up, even more time would have gone by and held up the procedure. Other than that, it was smooth and always very professional, and we were very pleased with the service we received.
