Bryony is very professional and remains calm in emotionally charged situations. She is exceptionally patient and thorough. I felt extremely let down by this firm, I was in care proceedings back in 2019 which lasted until 2021, I was told it was unlikely I would win my case. They didn’t keep in contact or offer any advice about how to better the outcome. The local authority told a lot of in-factual information including children that weren’t mine and falsies paperwork and continued to lie maliciously about my children, me and family. I went to Rosie bratchers hopeful as they had good reviews. I was extremely let down from switching solicitors constantly, to losing my paperwork, to having trainees step in instead of my solicitor, not bringing up relevant facts and just overall negligence I had to agree to an sgo which was not the best outcome for the children purely because it was to far in to change solicitors and I was not confident with my representation. I can safely say I will never use this firm or recommend it and can only hope they improve their practice.

Jade Baskerville has been amazing from day one ! My case has been long and difficult , but jade has continuously been there for me . She has been so kind , understanding , patient and supportive through such difficult and stressful times . Nothing has been too much trouble for her . Can’t thank jade Baskerville enough for all her hard work and support through my case which was a good couple years to end, very grateful for Jade’s hard work and always reassuring me when I’m stressing or worrying about things, the communication and support I received was outstanding, very kind, honest, reliable, easy to talk to, made you feel safe and reassured on everything I needed to know. Very supportive, understanding and caring.
My son was desperate to get custody of his son weekends, as he worked away most of the week.
Rosie was very understanding and heard both sides of the case, which resulted in my son being given parental rights every weekend...and shared custody throughout the year, especially on special occasions such as Fathers Day and Xmas.
We'd certainly recommend Rosie and her team to our family and friends...........
