Child custody court support
Jennifer my solicitor and Becka my paralegal have gone above and beyond while helping me with my case. They are always on hand to support and guide me through the court procedures, help with preparing documentation and answer any questions I have had. While working with the both I felt like I was in incredibly safe hands. They understand the legal proceedings and are always 3 steps ahead of everything going on in the court room. I couldn't recommend them enough. They have massively taken the stress out of a very upsetting and triggering process.

Good professional service
Once you get used to the remote working, I found things went well. The financial settlement and the actual divorce application were handled by different teams but the communication was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The process cost more than I'd hoped but that was down to the other party.

Support when you need it most
I felt that from the first conversation I was supported and had clarity on what to expect as I journeyed through the divorce process.
I had support via phone and email with very prompt responses. My solicitor Joanna Dale was really a rock at times and I could not have asked for more support - highly recommend her.
I would say the reason I have not marked this as excellent is that the first 2 invoices were incorrect, but apart from that everything went well.

Going through a divorce later in life is tough, but Joanna’s pragmatic, and compassionate advice was truly appreciated. My case was pretty complex and difficult until the end, but Joanna’s kind and friendly support was honestly brilliant, and it really helped when times got tough.

It seems to me it was a big mistake going with them, 10 months marriage more than 12 months to get divorced, they seem to only care about the money nothing else, my ex has taken me for the biggest mug on the planet, it now looks like I am also going to prison for said stalking, which is untrue, the police side with the woman even though I have so much evidence she and friends keep trying to goad me into kicking off obviously I haven’t, handing back my house to this week god knows where and when this will end or wher in gods name I will end up Awful experience

Very expensive and unclear billing process. Very (inexplicably) expensive for a simple review of a legal document set up by another solicitor (ie setting the document up by an experienced other solicitor from another company for my husband was 1/3 of the cost of crisp&co’s review process).
