Selling A Property

Everys Solicitors were great. They kept me informed throughout the whole process of selling my property. The actual sale was delayed a couple of times, but I was kept apprised of the situation.
Whilst their ID verification process was a little beyond me at times, I was able to complete it eventually!
I would definitely recommend them.

Property sale made easy

I used John Dobie in Exmouth for the sale of my property and the service from John and Cheryll was nothing short of exceptional. I loved the ease of client onboarding at the start, the app is useful but I must say, the communication from John was so quick that I didn't need to use the app to keep up to date. A first class service all round and I would have no hesitation in recommending John.

We had an excellent service from Everys at the Exmouth office, who did an superb job in handling the conveyancing work involved in the sale of our holiday flat. We were most impressed. Excellent in conveyancing and Probate

Had to deal with two different departments regarding the Probate and Sale of my parents house in Exmouth

Nicholas Strong dealt with the Probate side of things and was extremely efficient and diligent as Probate was granted within 4 months. We then went on to the sale and conveyancing of the property which was dealt with by Alex Whitmore. He responded to emails very quickly and the transaction was effortless. From acceptance of the offer on the property to completion was about 2.5 months and we had a Christmas break in that time. Would highly recommend Everys and will definitely use them again in the future

I have used Charlotte Pickford multiple times when buying and selling previous homes. She is polite, great at her job and I honestly don’t think we would have met the stamp duty deadline without a great solicitor such as Charlotte.
Charlotte and her team are brilliant, myself and my partner will always go to Everys when buying a house.
Everys prices are also very competitive, 5 star service from Everys. Thanks so much.
