After buying and selling several properties over the years, Sarah Bell and Gemma Grattan made the whole experience so easy. I never worried for one moment through all the procedure. I never had to chase or question anything. Sarah was on the ball all of the way and Gemma was superb too.

This was my first house purchase, so i knew nothing about the process of buying a house - however that didn’t matter as Sarah Bell was brilliant!
So brilliant that even our estate agent said he’d never dealt with a conveyancer who was so efficient and ‘on it!’.
You are in safe hands when you deal with Sarah - i would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Brilliant experience
We had so much support and dedication from Sarah Bell through the entire process. We had a particularly tricky house sale and Sarah was able help to us make it become a success. She was brilliant with her communication, keeping us, others in the chain including estate agents in the loop all the way along which really helped keep everyone on the same page. She was super thorough, knowledgeable and through it all, so warm and friendly. We will definitely be using Sarah at Everys again and would thoroughly recommend working with her and the team at Everys.

The key thing that set Sarah apart was how proactive she was — she didn't just wait around for updates but actively chased the other solicitors and kept everything moving.
