Having had bad experiences with solicitors in the past, I was delighted by Katie’s helpfulness and understanding through a difficult part of my life. She kept me well informed all the way through …she was professional but friendly. I would recommend Katie when buying and selling your home.

Very pleased that we chose Lisa and her team at Berensens to handle our house sale & purchase. At times in the 6 month process Lisa seemed like the only solicitor in the chain who was switched on and proactive. Always a sane voice in at times a seemingly mad world and we can highly recommend her practice and indeed are currently engaging Lisa to help with legal arrangements around my Mothers property.

Unfortunately our experience was awful as it took nearly 8 months to achieve a fairly straight forward conveyance. This was mainly down to the inexperience of dealing with a specific issue which in our view should have been anticipated much earlier than it was eventually discovered due to a lack of knowledge on the solicitors part. It caused enormous stress to us & had it been resolved earlier then the whole conveyance would have gone quite smoothly but as it happened it dragged on for months & months & months.

The staff employed at Berensens both reception and solicitors were very cooperative and caring .My main business was with the Solicitor who I found extremely knowledgeable ,patient and empathetic to my business. The understanding the solicitor possessed and her clarity of points discussed assisted me a great deal with my business. I found the Solicitor's interpersonal skill of a very high standard and felt very much listened to and understood. This is a practice that I would definitely recommend to any friends of mine .

Donna was my solicitor. She was extremely good at constantly chasing the other sides solicitors. I was selling an investment property, and it turned out to be a long process, due to people pulling out, and the solicitors they had chosen, being very uncommunicative / very slow at responding. But we got there in the end, and I appreciate that she was doing as much as she could, to get it over the line - Patience and persistence were key! Thank you again, Donna.
