Filled out a legal aid form for me but failed to provide the correct information on the form and I ended up not using them for legal aid and paid another company to go private, however they failed to let the courts know that they were no longer representing me. So fast forward a year and im getting letters from the legal aid people saying that I need to phone up these guys and have them taken off the case.
I did that in January this year. And today I get another letter from legal aid saying that I'm still being represented by this joke solicitors.
Please for the love of god please don't make me phone you up again and provide you with the exact same information and the exact same request that I've already asked of you last January.
At this stage I cba to speak to anyone else, just gonna let it play out. But seriously if you need legal aid. Stay well clear from these guys.
First guy I spoke to had to phone me back cause he forgot to ask me my name 😂😡

I wholeheartedly thank the Hill Twine team for my case. It was my first time in court and I was incredibly stressed and anxious. I didn't know how or where to go for help. I contacted many companies, but I was met with only rejections. When I called and wrote to Hill Twin, I received an immediate response. Furthermore, they were kind and non-judgmental, approaching the matter directly, informing me of the likely outcome. The representative Anna managed to obtain the lowest possible verdict. I recently had a one-hour consultation with Hill Twine Solicitors, and while the session was extremely helpful, my experience afterward has left me in a state of confusion. The solicitor provided valuable advice, which made me feel reassured. However, after an incident occurred that should not have happened based on that guidance, I found myself needing further assistance.
Despite reaching out multiple times over the course of three months, I only received vague assurances from the secretary and assistant that my information would be passed along. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the solicitor directly. This lack of follow-up has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation.
While I appreciated the initial consultation, the subsequent silence has made me question whether I should seek help elsewhere. Clear communication is crucial in legal matters, and I hope Hill Twine Solicitors can improve in this area for future clients.
