I used Ellisons for my recent remortgage and for transferring property deeds into my name.
All staff were professional at all times and prompt with responses to any queries I had.
As this was all new to me, I did make mistakes and have various questions, but never felt that I was being a nuisance or that my questions were trivialised by staff. They fully understood and responded positively every time.

We used Ellisons to assist us with a lease on an existing property, whilst also taking on an additional floor. A slightly different agreement to what we're used to, but Lauren Philpot explained everything clearly to us.
Lauren was a fantastic support. She worked fast and efficiently, kept us updated every step of the way and explained things clearly to us.
We also had fantastic help from other colleagues within the firm, such as Callum Baker, who stepped up whilst Lauren was out of office.
We're very happy with the quick, professional advice and support we gained and would highly recommend both Lauren and Ellisons to anyone looking for assistance with a lease. We'll certainly use them again in the future.

Stevan has handled my case from day 1 and although the other side has dragged their feet, he has given me clear and concise information. Stevan has always responded to my emails regarding updates, even though a lot of the times there was no update and even going out of his way to reach out and let me know there was no news prior to lieu time so that I feel reassured he was working hard to get a resolve from the other side l.
