Remortgage and transfer of deeds

I used Ellisons for my recent remortgage and for transferring property deeds into my name.
All staff were professional at all times and prompt with responses to any queries I had.
As this was all new to me, I did make mistakes and have various questions, but never felt that I was being a nuisance or that my questions were trivialised by staff. They fully understood and responded positively every time.

I wasn't the easiest client with a constantly changing situation, but Mark Beaton and his team were very patient and professional at all times. With everything being done in a very timely fashion. Mark, Dawn, Alix & Jenni have been brilliant throughout.
We are first time buyers so didn't know what to expect. Mark is so knowledgeable and have been very thorough throughout the whole process we haven't needed to worry. We requested a speedy completion due to the change in stamp duty. Mark and the whole team have done an amazing job of speeding this along whilst still being professional and thorough. We really appreciate this and all the extra work put in to achieve the deadline.

How to pick a solicitor

Quite a choice so I picked Ellisons because they sponsor the Theatre Royal, a local theatre that I am so supportive of. They were professional, efficient and didn't disappoint. Solicitors can have a heart!
