Horwich Farrell were appointed by my insurers Admiral to represent me in a no fault claim. An articulated lorry switched lanes in front of me, wrote my car off and didn’t stop. I answered all queries promptly and after 15 months we finally had a court date. The day before the court date the other party settled the claim and admitted liability.
I did not claim for anything apart from my excess on my insurance policy. Despite several emails l have had no contact from anyone at this firm.
I was told that the funds have been sent to a different department for distribution but after 2 month’s have had no contact.
It’s bad enough that l have lost my 20+ years no claims bonus and my insurance has gone up by over £200.00 per annum but now l have to beg for £395.00.

Horwich Farrelly represented my car insurer in an unresolved car insurance claim case (third party accepting fault) earlier this year. I was required to have correspondence with them over a two month period. There were a number of issues with how they corresponded with me; pressurising me to sign incorrect witness statements by the end of a same working day, failure to include evidence I provided which would have as strengthened my insurer's/my case, failure to acknowledge or make reasonable adjustments for my health, which I clearly informed them of more than once. I am a reasonable person who plays by the rules and went to court on behalf of my insurer. The communication I experienced from Horwich Farrelly lacked basic respect and their handling of the case lacked competence.

I have recently just won a case in which I have been working/communicating with Jennifer who has been super knowledgeable and compassionate from start to finish of this whole process. This time in my life was not something I had ever experienced before and Jennifer ensured I was prepared for my court date, she had everything ready for my barrister, I knew what to expect and she truly calmed my nerves which I can assure was not easy!
