Going into this with very little knowledge of my legal and personal rights, Emily Barclay of Churchers was assuring and explained everything to me, going through the papers step by step in plain English so that everything was clear to me. Kelly and her team completed the conveyancing of my sale and purchase of my new home, and I have given a 5 star review as there was nothing I could fault them with. Throughout the process I was always able to receive a reply to all of my questions very quickly, in most cases the same day. I was given advice and supported throughout, communication was excellent.
I would highly recommend Kelly/ Churchers solicitors, and would definitely use them again in the future.

As a first time buyer, this whole experience has been new to me. Kelly was amazing throughout the process and always had my best interests at heart. Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.
