Lucy Obanye from Salisbury Law Solicitors, recently assisted us with the selling of our property. Selling our house in Hatfield.

Lucy Obanye provided the ideal legal service for a property conveyance, encouraging the buyer's solicitor when they were slow and explaining to us clearly what our duties were. Leasehold property sale

Lucy at Salisbury Law acted for us for our residential sale and was absolutely fantastic! She was very informative and always kept us up to date with progress. She was really supportive especially towards the end when the sale proved challenging at times. Moving house is stressful enough but Lucy ensured everything was taken care of. Fantastic service

After contacting several local and regional conveyancers/solicitors we settled on Salisbury Law for our residential property purchase due to good reviews on both Google Maps and on this site and could not be more satisfied with the result. We were given a very clear quote for the work at the start and very good advice when it came to SDLT and the process. Lucy (our conveyancer) and other staff at Salisbury are extremely professional and most importantly were always able to answer emails and communicate with us throughout the process. We wanted to get our purchase completed swiftly and Salisbury made it happen - chasing the sellers solicitors for answers until all outstanding items were complete.
