Very disappointed with this solicitor firm. I approached them with a case, but they never got back to me. No updates, no communication – completely ignored. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Absolutely diabolical !!!

Employed them to take on my case, did not even reply for around 4 weeks and when they did they wanted to go over absolutely everything again as they hadn’t done anymore before hand.

They never help with anything all they were worried about was getting paid. I had to chase for GDPR information and statements associated to the case, they didn’t reply to emails or calls until weeks after.

Then, on the day of my case Mr reeves didn’t even show up. I had no representation, nothing given over as mitigation and had to defend myself and was actually told after by several people within the court house (don’t know who they were, but they said they were “not surprised at all” and another that “I was better off without them to be honest their useless and I’m sorry you’ve been treated this way and left alone”.

Then, the cheeky ……. Left a voice mail asking me to get in touch with him not that he would try again to call. Absolutely shocking. AVOID this lot and seek professional help from a decent firm.

Decided to put this review up as it’s been a full working week, well, 6 days including last Friday and still not a word from any of them. They just want the money. Greedy and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience with Reeves and Co solicitors in Medway. I had a sentencing hearing and confirmed with the firm that they would attend. However, they did not show up on the day of the hearing and then lied about trying to contact me to let me know. I have no evidence of any attempt to contact me. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Reeves and Co solicitors are not to be trusted and cannot be relied upon. Stay away from this firm.

Kayleigh, a five star review doesn't justify the service you provided. You went above and beyond your duties and made us feel like friends rather than clients.
We never felt like there was a 'time limit' on our calls and your response time to emails or texts were very quick.

If I could put 0 or even negative stars I would as 1 star seems too generous. Were completely negligent and useless during a family members case. Could not care less for you or your rights to legal representation. They mess you around lie and drag their feet as much as possible until they have to do a tiny bit of work just to say they’ve done it. Can’t even get information prepared for court dates in time or contact the barristers. If you have a choice don’t go anywhere near these scammers.
