I was employed in the legal profession for 25+ years.
My small residents society in Wye, Kent employed this company to oversee the transfer of a small piece of land from the builders to our said company. This was in 2022 .....well over two years later we are still waiting for this task to be completed.
Dividing the bill by the cost per hour shows that ten hours work have been performed.
Emails have gone unanswered, constant delays, paperwork brough to the company by me (as requested) were then lost by the solicitor in question who failed to tell me that it had been lost until I chased him up a month later and finally the builder's own company of solicitors were blamed for the hold up.
I then sent a strongly worded email to my residents group and the solicitor and hey presto, the said paperwork turned up the following day.
I will leave you to decide if you employ this company.

We received excellent prompt service. When queries about the property arose and threatened to hold up the sale they were dealt with swiftly and effectively.
Very flexible regards how communication is conducted, via e-mail, phone and in person. Very personable but professional style.

The whole process was very protracted (7 months), in a flat sale with no chain on either side. The only issue was the lack of a leasehold management pack, which in the event, wasn't necessary. Many weeks went by with no progress. When following up I'd be informed it was being chased but no explanation for what or why there was a hold up. It was very frustrating. I immediately went on to sell my Mother's house via another solicitor and it took 3 months. I don't sell property frequently so was unaware whether 7 months was standard or not, but the market wasn't buoyant and the subsequent sale demonstrated faster was possible.

Solicitor, Victoria Simpson is an excellent conveyancing solicitor. She has been my solicitor for a number of years and completed several conveyancing matters for me. I followed her from her previous practice because she is very conscientious, expeditious and approachable.
I can't really comment on the company itself but I would definitely recommend Victoria for conveyancing.

As a first time buyer i had no idea of the process and what to expect. But everything from start to finish went very smoothly, there was an issue with the developers which caused a hold up of purchase but i was kept informed of progress at every step and completed in good time.
