We did approach other solicitors for pricing but like before came back to Boys & Maughan. We knew we would but wanted to check options out.
We can't fault any part of their work for us, it was like dealing with friends who had the best outcome to heart for us. It literally feels like a relationship finishing when we finally have to say thank you and goodbye - superb firm!

Richard Robinson was appointed to help sell my flat. I knew starting that it wasn’t going to be a simple process as a similar flat in the same development had been going through the sale process starting around 9 months earlier and had not completed.
Richard was very good a giving me regular updates, replying to emails and calls and explaining what the technical terms meant. We did run into significant road blocks along a way around a unresponsive management company where both myself and Richard chased up managing to get the required information where the other mentioned flat was not able to.
This would’ve been a 5 star review however after exchange and the day before completion Richard informed me that the help to buy equity loan side had been overlooked and not completed. I was able to get a valuation carried out the next day and Richard chased help to buy customer service as was able to complete just a day late. Richard was very apologetic and reduce my legals fees by a fair amount in compensation unprompted.
