Stacey Hards was the solicitor acting for us on the purchase of our new property in Ramsgate and she did a great job! It was not the easiest of purchases as it was significantly delayed due to a change in developer but throughout the whole purchase Stacey did an excellent, professional job, always pro-actively keeping us updated of all developments and was always receptive to any questions that we asked. Patsy Sayers took over my case when my original solicitor retired. I feel things progressed very quickly under Patsy's guidance. She listened to my thoughts and concerns but was very honest about what she felt we could realistically achieve,which meant the costs didn't spiral. Either Patsy or her secretary would respond to my emails or phone calls very promptly so there were no lengthy delays in the process. The reception staff were always very friendly too. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone needing help with legal matters.
