I cannot fault the efficiency of the service, their proactive approach, knowledge and keeping in contact.
What I do not rate highly was the expectation for the clinic’s ability to navigate the technology aspect. There is an assumption that clinics will know how to upload/download, print off and they do not provide a copy of all essential paperwork.
In fact, I still do not have the facilities or knowledge of how to obtain all the documentation needed. I feel a paper for of all necessary documents should be sent to me and not assume my phone is capable is enough to manage everything. (I do not have in my possession, laptop, computer, tablet, printer, photocopier etc)
I assume they are doing everything right but do not have a clue what some aspects of the conveyancing mean, the relevance of it or if I should have a copy of it. This could have been explained better.
It total I had four people dealing with my case. I have no idea is a solicitor was directly involved at all.
It was confusing why I had so many people emailing me and arduous to keep up.
It would have been better to one person to liaise with only.
They are not overly expensive so still value for money but costs are keep low by expecting a lot of work by the client.
