We're representing me to force sale of a property.
No consulting myself with regards of what needs to be done and no prices given to me regards any matter.
Basically charged me a fortune for filling out forms that I could have done myself.
Always out of office email replies, had a court order with attached duties that had to be done. I had to ask for a copy of the order two weeks after the hearing.
This company are only there to charge you a fortune for un professional work that they do.
Best advice stay clear as the owner is only after your money.

I'll keep it short, just to say that when my daughter bought her house we thought, after hearing other people's experiences we were in for a nightmare, I couldn't have been more wrong!! All went as smooth as silk even when the seller unfortunately died two days before completion.
Definitely would and have recommended this company

I went to see Keith Betts on Thursday this week(yesterday) I was suffering severe anxiety due to an issue with my previous company, they had told me I was part owner but they froze me out and sacked me unlawfully.
I was with Keith for exactly 14 minutes, in that space of time he told me what I was entitled to and reassured me this would be dealt with on that very day.
This was all agreed by my ex company by 4pm yesterday and I received a payout this morning.
I am absolutely thrilled, my anxiety has gone. I cannot recommend Keith highly enough - absolutely Gent!!!!!

Started ok but as soon as I paid for the work to be done in advance it became impossible to get hold of Keith Betts even by email, even though I copied in his colleagues. Notice how all the complaints in the reviews already written about Mr Betts, he has an answer for!!? I will never use him again and have removed our business from this firm.
