From the beginning of our journey, which was not pleasant due to the unfortunate people purchasing our home! Baily & Cogger have been very professional, supportive and honest.

We have always dealt with you for all legal matters. You drafted and have our current will. We called on Friday 29 November and again Friday 13 December with some simple questions
As yet we are still awaiting the courtesy of a response. As loyal customer we are not an impressed. No response or customer care Baileys and Cogger

I have always had an excellent help and support from solicitors since I first used the firm and Mr Graham Beach acted for the sale of my house in Maidstone and the purchase of my house in Tonbridge. The copy of my updated Will enabled me to write the draft that I required and I submitted with my letter requesting the draft of this new will. I have used the firm three times!

Selling a home can, they say, be stressful, not least when selling on behalf of others while acting as the executor to the family of my wife. Engaging with Graham Beach and others at Bailey & Cogger in Tonbridge made the whole process straightforward. When visiting the practice staff made you feel very welcome, Graham’s expert advice, and very personable style took all the stress away. As first time buyers, this company genuinely made this the most joyless and stressful experience of my life. We were originally quoted just under £3,000 (Inc VAT) and we ended up paying over £6,000 for a standard, uncomplicated leasehold flat purchase.
We were forced to pay prior to exchange so were left with no choice but to pay the bill and dispute it later. The solicitor we chose left the organisation on the 24th December and no one picked up our file until January 9th. The solicitor who then completed our sale (who we had no choice in selecting) we found to be unhelpful, rude and violated the terms of the Client care letter we signed on multiple occasions.
There were unexpected charges and other errors scattered across our bill which just added to the lack of care displayed. I could list out countless other reasons to avoid this firm, but I’d say just save your money and pick one of the others in the area offering a very similar price.
