Conveyancing of my late mother's home.

Mrs. Anita. Boardman (Director at AFG Law ) was wonderful from the start to finish of conveyancing my late mum's home.

It is a very delicate time and anxiety and grief are at their highest. Anita personally met with me after work to go through all the particulars, her kind and thorough explanations put me at ease. Anita handled everything with sensitivity and great guidance.

Anita was always on hand to answer questions and kept me updated at every phase. The whole process was seamless and handled with both efficiency and sensitivity.

I couldnt recommend Anita enough as a solicitor and if you are looking for a law firm with both integrity and absolute first class service. Then look no further.

An absolute 5 star review well earned.

Purchase very unprofessionally done and difficult to reach Mr Khan

Our purchase had taken 9 months to get to completion. It seems there was a perceived overlap in title which we were not informed of, and just prior to completion the conveyancer switched the plan (shortened the garden) without informing the buyer (we were lucky to notice). When quizzed, there has been no explanation (and no evidence of any attempt to resolve a fairly simple problem). When the conveyancer called the buyer no explanation is offered yet she accused the buyer of being 'badly behaved' and threatened that the work may be dropped (we have been nothing but courteous). To our amazement AFGLaw purports to be 'Boundary Dispute Solicitors'. On providing a fair short summary on trustPilot AFGLaw then dropped our work ! No refund, No explanation..

Great service with great communication

We used AFG Law when my elderly relative passed away because he had his will registered with them and we are glad that we did. AFG sorted the probate and the property sale for us and both were handled perfectly with good communication and no fuss. We will definitely speak to AFG Law if we need any legal advice or work done in the future.
